From the front desk they explained the membership process clearly, helped with ID checks and even walked me through the small menu of strains. The team spoke good English, were patient with questions, and suggested a mellow indica after I said I wanted to sleep. On the critical side, they seemed stretched during peak evening hours — service got slow and the budtender changed mid-conversation. María at reception gave a clear intro, showed me the terrace, lockers and the espresso machine — very practical for first-timers. They answered strain questions patiently, which helped. On the down side service slowed when it got busy and one attendant seemed distracted with paperwork. Product selection was okay but could be better labeled.
